We know that dogs are part of the family so why not let them miss out on your North Yorkshire getaway. We are proudly dog friendly, and we promise you will not find a more dog-friendly place in North Yorkshire.

Dogs are welcome in our Hideaway bedrooms* designed specifically with dog friendly stays in mind. Each room features practical stone flooring with underfloor heating and a convenient porch area – perfect for storing your wellies, walking boots and the dog’s lead, coat and wet towels.

We can provide beds and your four-legged family member will also get a bag of treats as a welcome gift. Please remember to bring your own food bowls and dog towels with you.  You can find our pet terms here, which we advise reading before you book your room.

Whether you are exploring the scenic walks from our doorstep, taking a ride on the North Yorkshire Moors or exploring the coast, you’ll know the White Swan awaits- a cosy place for you and a restful spot for your dog to rest those weary paws before another day of adventures.

For practical reasons, we allow up to two dogs in a room, with a charge of £15.00 per room, per night.
