Eight miles from Pickering lies Malton and Norton, the Newmarket of the North. We have personal contacts with some of the country's leading trainers and we can arrange visits to morning gallops and stable viewings.

The Boxing Day meeting at Wetherby is always very popular, while York attracts a huge gathering for its famous annual Tote-Ebor Festival in August. From now until the end of the year there are meetings throughout the county, as per the fixtures list here:
