We have been AA rosette accredited since 1997 and this year the kitchen brigade’s food has reached the heady heights of not just one but two AA rosettes.
Overseen by head chef Darren Clemmit, our kitchen does not do froths or smudges but focuses on fresh, clean flavours. It all begins with the best ingredients that we can find working with our commendable suppliers (who we can’t shout about enough!).
