We have been AA rosette accredited since 1997 and in 2013 kitchen brigade’s food reached the heady heights of not just one but two AA rosettes, which is retained today.
Overseen by head chef Darren Clemmit, our kitchen does not do froths or smudges but focuses on fresh, clean flavours. It all begins with the best ingredients that we can find working with our commendable suppliers (who we can’t shout about enough!). Everything is homemade including most of the bread, the ice cream, our own chutneys and conserves and even the ketchup! With a menu that changes daily you’ll get to choose from traditional Yorkshire favourites as well as great seasonal menu selections.
