About us

Catherine is our General Manager and you will meet her and her team during your stay with us. Our Reception Team are ready to help you with planning your day or your next trip. The housekeeping department is in the capable hands of Anne Sargerson and her jolly team.

The kitchen is run by Darren Clemmit, supported by Carl Muscroft with Andrew (AKA Cassy) & Shaun and the rest of the brigade working hard to make sure you are delighted with everything we put before you. Darren is now in his 24th year working at the Inn, Carl is in his 19th.  Next door (up the street) you will find Feast our deli and café. Jackie Gibson is in charge of front of house with Tom Marley running the kitchen.  Tom has also been here (more on than off) since he was a lad so between the three (Darren, Carl & Tom) they have over 56 years of service.

Our main aim is for you to really enjoy your time at The White Swan Inn and for us to have fun looking after you. While you are with us please do not be afraid to let us know if there is anything else we can do for you to achieve these aims.  Our motto really is that ‘nothing is too much trouble’
